Our items are shipped via UPS or FedEx. For large items such certain types of wheelchairs, your order may arrive via a freight company. However, the delivery time frame below still applies.
All orders over $75 automatically has free shipping. In rare cases, handling charges may apply. However, before you make payments all shipping charges will be displayed for your approval.
Orders that will be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and/or outside the United States will incur additional shipping charges. Before we charge you, you will be contacted with the shipping charges for your approval. If you disapprove and your card is charged, a refund will immediately be issued, no questions asked.
Expected Delivery Time Frame
All orders will arrive between 2 to 8 working days after payment is received and order is processed. Please bear in mind that orders received after 2 p.m Eastern Standard Time may be processed the same day or the next business day.
Special orders such as custom wheelchairs, customized lift chairs may require additional delivery time. For customized order please allow us additional time to process your order and get either the right fabrics or customized seating for you.
A tracking number will immediately be emailed to you for your records once it is received from the shipping company or it can be tracked in order status.
Return Policy 10 day return policy/conditions for returning items
Because we value you as a customer and want you to be satisfied, all products must be returned within 10 days of receipt of the item. For an item to qualify for a return, it must meet the following criteria
- It must be returned with 10 days of receipt.
- Product must not be damaged.
- Product must be in its original condition.
- Product must be unused. That is no scraches, cracks, tire marks, dirt or any indication of usage
- It must be accompanied with a Return authorization number, please call customer service or email request. Items with an RA will not be credited.
- It must be in original packaging.
- All return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
Cancellation of order:
Items canceled after they are shipped will be treated as a return and all return policy will then apply to such an order.
The 10-day rule still applies when an RA is issued. So from the time the item is received you have 30-days to return the item. All items must be received 10 days after an RA is issued.
Items that arrive damaged or with missing parts will be replaced or repaired at no cost to you. You must contact us within two days of receiving the item to report any damages or missing parts.
A 25% restocking fee will apply to all returns as long as the item did not arrive damaged and the customer is returning for that specific reason only. After your item is received you will receive credit back in the credit card used for purchase, please allow up to 4 weeks for funds to be credited back to your account.
The following products cannot be returned
- All Bathroom safety products such as commodes, bath bench etc
- Lift chairs and Hospital beds
- Orthopedic supplies
